Scott Klimt President	Scott Klimt–President After graduating with a bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Utah in 2002 Scott moved to Cozumel, Mexico to build, open, and manage a retail store for Del Sol, LLC. After a year abroad he returned to Salt Lake to work in Del Sol’s corporate office as a Product Manager. Since then Scott has been involved in multiple businesses while working full-time. Scott co-founded Offside T-shirt Company. Today the company has grown into more than just designing and selling t-shirts. Offsideis a well-known screen printing provider in Salt Lake City. They also design and sell t-shirts for the University of Utah and BYU. In 2007 Scott returned to the University of Utah David Eccles School of business to earn an MBA. Scott focused his graduate studies on management and entrepreneurship. He graduated in 2009 after which he started G Scott Inc, a marketing consulting business. Scott provides his clients graphic design, SEO, website development, and marketing strategy. Email Scott
Rachel Croon Reconveyance Expert	Rachel Croon–Reconveyance Expert For the past 12 years Rachel has gone from a Post-closing Coordinator at Stewart Title to Lease Administrator at Bonneville Power. She has worked, in one way or another in post-closing processes for her entire professional career. She is “fluent” in every aspect of post-closing and every part of the reconveyance process. She’s an industry expert at inquiry resolution, order tracking, document preparation, e-recording, title defect clearing, and lender research. Rachel is also a licensed notary in the state of Washington. She brings an unmatched level of experience and expertise that puts “experts” in Reconveyance Experts. Rachel’s number one priority is taking care of her clients. Before agreeing to be part of Reconveyance Experts, Rachel made sure our company’s number one priority would be customer service. Marla Ferrin Reconveyance Expert	Marla Ferrin–Reconveyance Expert Marla is a licensed Real Estate agent and has worked in real estate for over 10 years in California and Utah. She worked for ReMax United as a transaction coordinator, where she oversaw hundreds of real estate transactions a month ensuring all paperwork was signed, complete and correct and coordinated all aspects of the escrow process to ensure it closed smoothly. She has also been an office manager/transaction coordinator at Planet Real Estate in Utah. Marla is extremely organized, efficient in my work, and am great at multitasking. She is completely dedicated to take care of our customers and ensuring that everyone is taken care of they way they should be. Email Marla
Amy Fogel Reconveyance Expert	Amy Fogel–Reconveyance Expert Amy graduated from the University of Utah in 1998 with a Bachelors degree in Economics. She started in the title industry in 1996 and worked as an Escrow Assistant for 3 years. She has also worked for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee as well as a private equity firm in Park City, Utah. Amy came back to the title industry in 2003 and began her career as an Escrow Officer. She has a decade of experience in all aspects of title; from closing loans to issuing the title policy and everything in between. Fred Klimt Outside Sales	Fred Klimt–Outside Sales Fred graduated from the University of Utah in 2008 with a bachelors degree in Communications. After graduation he began working for a PR firm in Salt Lake City, Utah which specialized in community involvement. He began working in the title industry in 2010 as a marketing director for a small company that specialized in various title services. He later worked as a regional sales director for a different title service company that specialized in reconveyance services. He was in charge of sales in the Western United States. Sharla Clark Executive Assistant	Sharla Clark–Executive Assistant Sharla has over 12 years of experience in customer service and sales. She graduated from BYU in 2008 and recently received a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix. She has been in sales since she was 16. She’s sold furniture at Lovesac, clothes, and post-secondary education. In June Sharla finished her school counseling internship at Riverview Junior High where she helped develop curriculum for more than 10 different CTE classes and develop 3 programmatic needs assessments to collect data for comprehensive state review to ensure the school administrators were meeting the needs of the students.
